I cannot say enough positive comments about Gina the assistance she provided. Dealing with the billing department at the hospital when we were trying to be reimbursed was so frustrating. Gina provided the guidance and assistance necessary for us to resolve our concerns. She is knowledgeable, dependable and she stuck with the task as our advocate until we received our check. Gina is an angel on earth. I was referred to her after my father had been on terrible health care for years causing his health to deteriorate as he was unable to get competent care under his insurance plan preferred care. My brother and I tried to move him to Medicare and the process was beyond confusing. I was referred to Gina and she helped me with the process and did everything so that my dad now has the best health insurance through Medicare. I only wish I had met her years ago.
